Information collected
Casting applications include identity and contact details, age, location, occupation, relationship status, interests, social links, written answers, consent choices and your video. Sponsorship enquiries include contact and organisation details, sponsorship interests, budget range and your message.
How it is used
We use casting information to assess eligibility, review applications, communicate with applicants and plan production. Sponsorship information is used to understand opportunities and respond to enquiries. We do not sell submitted personal information.
Who may receive it
Information is available only to authorised casting, production, legal and partnership personnel, and to service providers needed to operate the website securely. Information may be disclosed where law requires it.
Storage and retention
Information is stored using protected services. We retain it only as long as reasonably needed for casting, production, partnership discussions, record-keeping and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it where appropriate.
Your choices
You may ask about your information, request a correction or withdrawal, or raise a privacy concern. Withdrawal may not affect processing already lawfully completed or material covered by a signed participant agreement.
